About Us
Men’s Shed Labrador Inc, is an incorporated, not for profit, voluntary organisation providing an excellent facility, where men can meet with other men and work on meaningful projects.
We enjoy support from the Gold Coast City Council, our Federal Member for Fadden, Minister Stuart Robert and the State Member for Bonney, Sam O’Connor.
Men's Shed Labrador comprises of a 26 x 9 metre building, fitted out with woodworking machines and tools necessary to complete most woodworking projects.
There is also a small metalworking area.
In addition, we have a separate recreation room and a covered outdoor area, where we enjoy our daily "smoko"
Kitchen and toilet facilities are also in place

Positive impacts
The Australian Men’s Shed Association (AMSA) is the national service provider supporting more than 1,200 Men’s, Women’s and Community Sheds and is recognised as one of Australia’s largest male-based community development organisations.
AMSA was established in 2007 by a collection of Australian independent community-based Men’s Sheds to represent, support and promote the Men’s Shed movement. It was founded on the principle of sharing information between sheds and those communities wishing to establish and operate a Men’s Shed. It acts as a central hub for information exchange.
