About Us
Men are welcome to drop in at the colorbond shed next to the cricket oval at 748 Spring Valley Road, Flowerdale. You are welcome to email the Men's Shed for further information on membership, projects, social activities and more. The basic premise of each Men's Shed is to provide a local and informal space where the men of the community can spend time engaged in manual crafts such as woodworking, metal work, or restoration of furniture, objects and machines. It's a space for men to be social, active, form friendships and allow new opportunities and interactions in their lives.

Positive impacts
The Australian Men’s Shed Association (AMSA) is the national service provider supporting more than 1,200 Men’s, Women’s and Community Sheds and is recognised as one of Australia’s largest male-based community development organisations.
AMSA was established in 2007 by a collection of Australian independent community-based Men’s Sheds to represent, support and promote the Men’s Shed movement. It was founded on the principle of sharing information between sheds and those communities wishing to establish and operate a Men’s Shed. It acts as a central hub for information exchange.
