About our shed
About Us
A great bunch of men ( and a few women) who have a passion for many aspects of 'shed work' ranging from wood work to engineering, car mechanics. Our shed is massive in floor area!
We have about 50 members and operate in a friendly, inclusive and casual environment all in a great rural location.
We are very fortunate to have a huge skills base within our members, including engineers, carpenters , welders, mechanics, fitters and a bunch of blokes who can fix anything.
We are community minded, support our local community organisations such as RSL, Lions Club , Schools and Life Without Barriers for example
Shed Activities
Wood work, car mechanics, engineering and a great sense of community. We offer furniture repairs for pensioners and do a great range of community projects , including the donation of kids picnic tables and raising money for disabled/ special needs kids in our area.

Positive impacts
The Australian Men’s Shed Association (AMSA) is the national service provider supporting more than 1,200 Men’s, Women’s and Community Sheds and is recognised as one of Australia’s largest male-based community development organisations.
AMSA was established in 2007 by a collection of Australian independent community-based Men’s Sheds to represent, support and promote the Men’s Shed movement. It was founded on the principle of sharing information between sheds and those communities wishing to establish and operate a Men’s Shed. It acts as a central hub for information exchange.
