About Us
We are a group of aeromodelling enthusiasts who are passionate about building and flying radio-controlled model aircraft. We hold four major events each year which attracts aeromodellers from across the country to fly at our field. Our vision is to construct a facility with a workshop and tools where members can be mentored and learn to build model aircraft, with the aim of then learning to fly them. We have a large knowledge base amongst our experienced members who are keen to teach any newcomers. We currently have a suitable clubroom with a kitchen for members to use.

Positive impacts
The Australian Men’s Shed Association (AMSA) is the national service provider supporting more than 1,200 Men’s, Women’s and Community Sheds and is recognised as one of Australia’s largest male-based community development organisations.
AMSA was established in 2007 by a collection of Australian independent community-based Men’s Sheds to represent, support and promote the Men’s Shed movement. It was founded on the principle of sharing information between sheds and those communities wishing to establish and operate a Men’s Shed. It acts as a central hub for information exchange.
