Garage Sale Trail is Australia’s festival of pre-loved stuff. Over 300,000 Australians participate in the event each year raising over $1.5 million for community groups and good causes and saving millions of kilograms of stuff from landfill.
This November Sheds across the country are invited to host a sale on the Trail.
Hosting a garage sale on the Garage Sale Trail is a proven way for Sheds to raise money, recruit new members, declutter and raise awareness of the services they provide to the local community.
Once you register your sale, you’ll be provided with everything you need to host a successful garage sale including:
- A free sale listing on the Garage Sale Trail website, viewed by over 150,000 people over the event weekends
- A step-by-step guide to organising your event
- A webinar to get tips and support for organising and promoting your sale – watch the playback here
- Free downloadable resources including posters, invitations, social media tiles and media release templates
- Support from a member of the Garage Sale Trail team
Garage Sale Trail 2022 takes place on 12-13 & 19-20 November. You can participate on one day or do all four!
