AMSA AGM 2023

The Australian Men’s Shed Association 2023 Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Thursday 14 December. Members are invited to attend.

11.00 am Thursday 14 December
Alloggio Newcastle Beach Hotel (21 Parnell Place, Newcastle NSW)
Arrival and registration from 10.30am

All attendees will need to carry with them a resolution from their Men’s Shed nominating them as representatives of their Men’s Shed and able to vote on resolutions.

The standard business of the AGM will be to:

1. accept the previous minutes of the AGM
2. accept the financial statements of the AMSA
3. appoint the auditors for the next financial year
4. announce elected Directors for NSW/ACT, TAS and SA/NT

Members will soon receive an invitation and pack in the mail. This pack will include details on the standard business of the AGM and relevant documents, and a proxy form enabling sheds to vote on the resolutions.
