About Us
Brisbane Bikes4Life has 10 years of history in providing refurbished second-hand bikes to disadvantaged people in the community. We invite you, young or old, man or woman to be a part of something truly special. Your help for just a few hours each week can have a huge impact.

We meet every Wednesday morning at our workshop at Barlow Place, Lucille Street, Boondall, Brisbane Qld from 8:30am until 12:30 pm.

Volunteers should wear appropriate attire bearing in mind that repair involves grease and oils. Thongs, singlets and revealing clothes are not appropriate attire. Closed toe shoes should be worn for protection.

Positive impacts
The Australian Men’s Shed Association (AMSA) is the national service provider supporting more than 1,200 Men’s, Women’s and Community Sheds and is recognised as one of Australia’s largest male-based community development organisations.
AMSA was established in 2007 by a collection of Australian independent community-based Men’s Sheds to represent, support and promote the Men’s Shed movement. It was founded on the principle of sharing information between sheds and those communities wishing to establish and operate a Men’s Shed. It acts as a central hub for information exchange.
