NSW Hot Water System Upgrade

This offer is only available to Men’s Sheds in NSW.
Bastion Group must receive acceptance by 1.00pm (AEST) Friday, 5 September 2025 so installations can be scheduled ahead of the scheme cut-off on Friday 12 September 2025. Sheds may need to be flexible to open up for installation, with a maximum of 100 sheds first in first served.
- There is no cost to the shed for installation. After 12 Sept: Typical install cost will be $2,500+.
- Typical market value of install: ~$5,000, currently supported by the NSW ESS scheme.
- Eligibility (per current guidance): Replacements are for existing electric systems only (≥2.4 kW). Gas systems and existing heat pumps are not eligible in NSW under the current settings.
What Bastion Group will install
- Emerald 300L Split Heat Pump
- Tank dimensions: 580 × 1735 mm
- Outdoor compressor unit dimensions: 804 × 327 × 555 mm
- Refrigerant: R290 (low GWP), quiet operation (<39 dB @ 3 m), high efficiency (up to ~5× vs. resistive electric) and large bill savings potential (up to ~80% vs. traditional systems, depending on usage).
- Warranty: 7 years (tank), 5 years (parts), 2 years (workmanship/service).
