In Victoria, the Department of Families, Fairness and Housing (DFFH) with Justice Connect’s Not-for-profit Law, is providing free customised training on a range of different topics to help Men’s Sheds better understand (and implement) their key responsibilities and legal obligations.
The Seminar will include interactive workshop sessions over two days aimed at enhancing the governance and operations of your Shed. Delivered by Justice Connect NFP law experts, session content covers three modules: Governing an NFP Organisation, Managing Member Disputes & Conflict on the Committee, and Safety, Risk & Insurance.
Registrations for this two-day seminar are usually $120 per person. However the DFFH funding covers all costs associated with your participation.
